Was this during the initial sign-in process when you set up your account. Something like this?:
If so, the forum software can poll the devices associated with your Apple ID (but not access personal info). The forum software uses this to help people show the subject of their question.
If some devices shown are ones you no longer own, you can edit the list by going to account.apple.com and logging in with your Apple ID.

If this is not what you see, can you please post a screenshot of what you are seeing ? The above is all I can think of at this point.

What list is that?
The list I found when opening the Apple Support Community ... obviously this is a very complex program ... accordingly let us forget I asked. Appreciate your response.
