Assistance Needed with iPhone Data Transfer

Hi Apple Support,

I am transferring data from my old iPhone 11 Pro to my new iPhone 16 Pro. The process has been ongoing for a while, and I’m unsure if it’s proceeding correctly.

• On my old phone, it shows a message saying: “Finish on new iPhone. Keep this iPhone near your new iPhone while your information is transferred.”
• On my new phone, it says: “Setting up your account.”

It seems to be taking a long time. Could you please advise if this is normal or if there is an issue I need to address? I would appreciate any guidance to complete the transfer successfully.
