iPhone 11 Pro Max lagging

Hello. I recently noticed that my iPhone 11 Pro Max is charging very slow and also the phone lags a lot when navigating through the OS and other 3rd party app for eg Facebook, WhatsApp, TikTok and other applications

i even change the charging cable and also the charging brick.

could it be the phone battery is drained causing such issues to occur?

I checked and the health of the battery is 75% ?

Also the phone is updated to the latest OS.

lastly I even factory reset the phone and I am still facing the problem (slow charging and lagging user interface)
