iPhone 11 is stuck downloading a screen recording in photos

Hello, I’ve got a big problem that keeps popping up that I’ve yet to find a clear and concise answer to.

My iPhone 11 keeps getting stuck on downloading a screen recording that I’ve made earlier today.

I would like to use this screen recording in iMovie but it keeps getting stuck on preparing the video.

When I looked on another community post that said to try and clear the RAM with a hard reset, clear up iPhone storage, stopping background activities and finally duplicating the video in question where none of these have worked at all.

My iPhone 11 is a second hand device running IOS 18.2 and now I’m feeling it’s had it’s time and now I’m really considering buying a new phone, but I don’t want to give up on it just yet.

If any of you can help, that will be absolutely awesome!
