My iPhone XR is touching on it self without the screen been broken

What you are seeing is known as "ghost touches".
The screen on your XR is failing. If you want to continue to use the XR, you need to make an appointment at the Apple Store or take the phone to an authorized Apple service shop to have the screen replaced.
