iPhone 12 stuck on 'iPhone Unavailable' screen

My iPhone 12 became unavailable after too many password attempts, I connected my phone to my Mac, updated it, and reset it. The phone failed to reset and now im on a screen that just says 'iPhone Unavailable'. I can not get into recovery mode. How do I fix this?

Trouble with iPhone unavailable I'm well aware that apple support already has instructions to how recover and open the iPhone. My problem is that my 13 pro max won't go into recovery mode even though I've done everything correctly(when its supposed to show a laptop on the screen it just does a factory reset, and yes I've tried holding the side button until recovery mode activates yet it still does a reset.) and when I try to connect it with my laptop it wont even recognize it. On the other hand when I try it with a different iPhone perhaps a 13 it does everything how apple support shows. Watched lots of different tutorials but sadly found no solutions. Losing hope so this is my last resort.

If you forgot your iPhone passcode or your iPhone is disabled - Apple Support

you probably need to put it in recovery mode just look up on here. I had to put that device in the recovery mode.
