if Quick Start was interrupted during the setup process, you can restart it. To do so:

  1. Restart the Quick Start process:
    1. Ensure both devices are near each other and connected to Wi-Fi.
    2. On your new device, restart the setup process by turning it on and following the on-screen prompts to use Quick Start again.
    3. You may be asked to bring your old device near the new one to continue the transfer process.

If your device is frozen, make sure that it isn't just being slow. Quickstart can take quite a bit of time.

If you are sure it is frozen, restart your device, then start Quickstart again.
