dust under selfie camera

I got this 13 Pro from my dad after 2 years of usage, has never been opened or fixed, but there is a lot of dust under the screen over the selfie camera, which is weird since the phone should be dust and waterproof, how can i fix this?

Dust inside front camera lens of Iphone 14 pro max It’s not even a month and I noticed dust particle between camera lens and the screen of my front camera. I even got it checked from nearest authorised apple service centre in my location. Even they claim that there is a foreign material inside the screen of my phone. I don’t wish to get it repaired rather I want to get this phone replaced as opening up the phone may break the original packaging of the device. iPhones are not waterproof.

Cleaning. Clean iPhone immediately if it comes in contact with anything that may cause stains, or other damage—for example, dirt or sand, ink, makeup, soap, ...
