App not deleting completely only deleted from Home Screen

I have an iPhone 14 Pro running ios 18.2I am trying to remove (so I can reload) the Binanceapp.  When I press on the icon I get three options "remove the app (in red), Share App, and Edit Home Screen.  When I select "Remove App" I get only two options.  Remove from Home Screen" and Cancel.  If I select "remove" the app icon gets removed from the home screen but remains on my phone.  The icon remains in the app library.  If I press hard on the app in the app library, I get two options - Share App and Add to Home Screen.

I really need to permanently delete this app and reload

Method 1: Delete the App from Settings

1. Open Settings:

• Go to Settings > General > iPhone Storage.

2. Find the Bose Music App:

• Scroll through the list of apps or use the search bar to locate Bose Music.

3. Delete the App:

• Tap on the app, then select Delete App and confirm.

Method 2: Delete the App from the App Library

If you can’t delete it from the home screen:

1. Swipe left until you see the App Library.

2. Locate the Bose Music app.

3. Long-press on the app icon and tap Delete App (if available). If not, proceed with Method 1 above.

i try all the things like this

and also try from screen restrictions options

I try each and everything

NOTHING has changed with deleting apps. NOTHING. But you may have restrictions enabled on your new phone, which you can check by going to Settings > Screen Time > Content & Privacy Restrictions > App Store & iTunes Purchases and make sure that deleting apps is marked allow.

It still the same as before. And just like before, you will not be able to delete any apps when there are restrictions on the device and not all of the installed apps are able to be deleted. No change!
