Hi, I have been trying to renew subscription for various apps on my phone. To do so, I must confirm that is what I am doing by double clicking the side button. For some reason, that button is not operations properly and I am not allowed to use it for downloading apps, making payments, etc. How can I do all of these things without needed to use the double click setting of the side button?

Is the side button enabled? Please follow this path,
iPhone > Settings > Wallet & Apple Pay > scroll down > Double Click Side Button > enable, if it is enabled, momentarily switch it off and then back on
