All tracks in logic session assigned to deactivated audio, no channel strips

When I opened this logic session file today, I chose to open an autosaved version, but something must have happened to it because in the main window, the tracks are present but only the solo and input monitoring buttons are there and don't function, and in the mixer, no channel strips are present. Right clicking a track and selecting "reassign" shows that all the tracks are currently under "audio deactivated". I can create new tracks, and these work normally, and then reassign the old tracks to the new tracks one by one, but this loses my channel strip settings and plugin settings. Other sessions work just fine. Any way to salvage this would be appreciated.

I don't know what happened, but you can't rely on "autosave" because Logic tries to open the last project from the temporary buffer/storage. In most cases, autosave is provided after a crash. But under certain circumstances, Logic is not able to recover a fully functional project.

Save your projects manually as often as possible and increase the number of "Auto-Backups" in the Settings.
