Can people in EU hear my podcast if I am not a Trader?
If I am an individual podcaster, do I need to be listed as a trader if my podcast is not being monetized. Can people in EU hear my podcast if I am not a Trader.

As long as you are not doing anything that would qualify you as a trader then you don't need to be listed as such and you can still be listened to. For more detail see
