Will someone share the contact info of Apple Central to redress a wrong committed against my account?

On Sun, Jun 9, 3:14 AM, Apple sent me this e-mail:

From: Apple <no_reply@email.apple.com>

Date: Sun, Jun 9, 2024 at 3:14 AM

Subject: Your recent purchase with your Apple ID.

To: <____@gmail.com>

Recent Purchase Dear Veleka,

Your Apple ID was just used to make a purchase in Frost & Flame: King of Avalon on a computer or device that has not previously been used. You may also be receiving this email if you reset your password since your last purchase.

This purchase was initiated from Thailand.

If you made this purchase, or have reset your Apple ID password since your last purchase, you can disregard this email.

If you did not make this purchase, or believe someone may have accessed your account, go to appleid.apple.*** and change your password as soon as possible.

Regards,

Apple

I have contacted Apple over and over about this theft of my $166 in Apple store credits, and what I was told was that they know I didn't make this charge, but they aren't going to do anything about it.

Please help me locate someone who has the power to fix this. Every time I look at settings I relive this theft because I see this:

Thank you, Varjak. I'm looking for ways to make enough noise that someone way up high at Apple will look down and decide to help me. Not getting help after buying only Apple computers since my first SE/30 in 1988 is heartbreaking. 💔

Again, if you already contacted Apple Support and they cannot help, then there is almost certainly no way you can make enough "noise" to change that. That your Apple Account was apparently compromised, perhaps by someone tricking you into giving them your personal information, is unfortunate, but if Apple has already refused a refund, as is not uncommon unless the problem was due to an error on Apple's end of things, there's no individual who you can reach who can help. Again, your sole recourse is to try writing Apple's corporate office, though as I said, it's highly unlikely that you will get a response at all, much less any help.
