What is the recommended way to bulk convert AVIF images to JPEG？

I recently came across the AVIF image format and have started using it for its superior compression and quality benefits. However, I've run into a bit of a snag. I have a large collection of AVIF images that I need to convert to JPEG format to ensure compatibility across various platforms and devices that don't support AVIF yet. It's important that the JPEGs retain as much quality from the original AVIFs as possible.
