Recovering permanently deleted video on my iPhone
Hi, I want to recover a video I delete by mistake recently on my iPhone. I deleted it permanently.

The key word is permanently. It is unequivocal. There is no coming back from that position.
If you have gone into the Photos app, deleted the video, then gone into the Recently Deleted folder and deleted it from there it no longer exists in any of your devices or iCloud.
However, if you have not deleted it from your Recently Deleted folder it should still be there.
