There are many types of addresses when it comes to an Apple Account. Are your referring to a Mailing address? an eMail Address? Are you restricted somehow? Take care of it all here: https://account.apple.com/

Ask the Apple Rep to modify the address over the phone. If permitted to do so, then inform to modify the Phone Number associated to your Apple Account, to what it should be. Important: Perform a Trial & Error login session with the Apple Rep prior to ending the phone call, and look at the info to confirm that all is set.

Add or change a rescue [for most people called a notification address] email address

1. Sign in to https://account.apple.com .

2. Select Sign-In and Security.

3. Select Rescue Email. You might be asked to answer one or more security questions or enter your Apple ID password before you continue.

4. To add a rescue email address, select Add email. Then enter your rescue email address, then select Save changes. We send a verification to that address.

5. To change a rescue email address, enter the new address. We send a verification to that address.

6. Enter the verification code and click Continue.

If at any stage you don't get an expected verification see: If you didn’t receive your verification or reset email - Apple Support

If you had a rescue email address on file when you upgraded to two-factor authentication or two-step verification, that email becomes your notification email. You can also use these steps to edit your notification email address. If you remove the notification email, you won't be able to add a new one.

Add a payment method to your Apple Account - Apple Support

On an iPhone/iPad:

1. Open the Settings app.

2. Tap your name.

3. Tap Payment & Shipping (or Media & Purchases). You might be asked to sign in with your Apple ID.

4. To update the address for a payment method, tap the payment method, then edit your information. Tapping the method should reveal details for that method including the billing address. You might need to enter the security code that's printed on your credit or debit card. If you see Apple Pay after the last 4 digits of the card number, go to the Wallet app to edit the card information.

5. Edit the method then tap Done
