iphone 13pro froze in middle of itunes update

Iphone 13Pro was updating Itunes when I plugged power in, When that happened, the phone froze and Itunes disconnected from my Iphone. Now my Iphone is frozen and won't update Itunes or bring back my home screen.

I was able to restart the phone and chose update but it still seems stuck (update maybe at 5% after an hour)

Using Dell xps pc

iPhone 13 Pro, iOS 18
