How do I make the video less wide on front camera iPhone 13?

No sorry. Need it to be not so wide. How do I change that?

You’ll need to changes the aspect ratio (height vs. width) in software when you edit your video.
Ah, just found that in iMovie! Thanks! I'm low budget here just using my phone even though I have a 5D3.
