Lost Videos on 18.1.1 on my 16 Pro Max - 512 GB

I lost several videos on 18.1.1. It did not happen during the 18.1.1 upgrade. I did the 18.1.1 upgrade several days ago. I believe they were lost when I started uploading some of my videos to a Facebook Messenger family share. I had viewed some of the videos previous to sharing. Then I went back to look at them again on my iPhone, not my share, and they were gone. They are not on the share and they are not on my iPhone and they are not in my recently deleted. I didn't lose one or two I lost several. I have 18.2 ready to update and I am hesitant to do it because I still have hope of somehow finding my lost videos.

Any ideas to recover would be appreciated.
