Unable to accept iCloud Terms and Conditions on iPhone

Settings in iPhone lead me to the Terms and Conditions page, but once I click Continue, it turns gray and the pinwheel never stops turning.

My iPhone is an older model (7plus), which may be Apple’s way of forcing me to upgrade because the last allowed update is 15.8.3. If I upgrade phones without iCloud, moving my stuff to a new phone will be a disaster. Anyone have a suggestion?

Impossible to accept "New iCloud Terms & Conditions"on iPhone SE running latest iOS I am using an iPhone SE (1st Generation) running the latest iOS 15.8.3 (19H386). Since a couple of weeks, I am unable to accept the "New iCloud Terms & Conditions" that gets displayed under my Apple ID profile. Though, albeit clicking on "Continue", nothing is moving forward with the navigation. The little right circle is idling all the time. See screen dump hereafter: What can I do here further? Even rebooting the device does not help further :-(

"To use iCloud on this phone you must accept the new Terms and Conditions." Just set up my new iPhone, and I am prompted that "To use iCloud on this phone you must accept the new Terms and Conditions" but when I tap the blue link to the Terms and Conditions, nothing loads up to accept , everything in Settings freezes, and I have to force quit to exit out of Settings. And, none of my Messages prior to restoring from my iCloud backup have synced. I suspect this is because I have not accepted the T&C. iOS 17.0.3, iPhone 15 Pro.

Unable to accept iCloud Terms & Conditions in iPhone 11 iOS 17.6.1 update I have an iPhone 11 and software 17.6.1 update which is what my phone is at but i recently got a notification to New iCloud terms and conditions that needs to be accepted which will require for me to enter my phones password so ok I click the notification in settings which then takes me to APPLE ID SUGGESTIONS page and there it gives me instructions that say : to use iCloud on this phone you must accept the new terms and conditions and enter your iPhone passcode. Gives me the option to continue so I click continue and then an error message appears that says : cannot complete action, this action can not be completed at this time . [Re-Titled by Moderator]
