My iPhone was stolen.
I marked it as lost.
I erased the iPhone
Did not remove from device list
Been on same location for past 6 days
Do I have any hope of finding it or what is there I can do remotely?

Sorry, but you are asking us to guess. It's a real long shot, but if this is a business location, you could visit and ask around to see if anyone turned in a lost phone.
If this is an apartment complex, you should expect whoever answers the door.....if anyone answers.....to say that they have not found a phone.
Do NOT remove the phone from the list of devices using your Apple ID unless you are willing to throw in the towel, since this will allow whoever has the phone to set it up again as their own.

You have done everything correctly that you can do remotely. Now report your iPhone stolen to your local law enforcement, and do not try to retrieve it yourself. Leave that to the police. Just a reminder, do not remove your iPhone from Find My. That will remove the Activation Lock and allow the criminal to unlock your device.
