If your iPhone is displaying messages – or playing audio files – indicating that it has viruses, these are almost certain to be scams.
The scams are aimed at getting you to contact criminals posing as "tech support" people (so they can rip you off), or to install and buy some useless "security" app that will do nothing to solve the alleged problem. (Personally, if I thought that the developers of such an app were involved with an attempt to scam me, the last thing I'd want is to install their app on my phone!)

The only way being jail breaking, where you must physically give someone your iPhone for some time, even so that is very difficult.
