Error in permanently deleting files from Recently Deleted folder on Files

There is an error in delete permanently files from recently deleted folder on Files? When I tried to delete or restore it says- The operation can't be completed (Couldn't communicate with a helper application)

If this isn’t iCloud…


Force-restart the iPhone, and try again.


Log into the web portal for whatever storage services app (One Drive, Dropbox, whatever), and try the delete there.


If that fails, remove and re-install the storage-related app, open each storage app and log into the storage services, and try again.


Failing all that, contact the storage app provider.
