Apple Intelligence issues on iPhone 16 Pro

I am on the latest version of iOS, with good connection and settings set up as they should be, though my iPhone 16 Pro still has some issues with Apple Intelligence basic functionality. No matter what I do, the chatGPT extension always returns 'chatGPT is unavailable at this time,' or 'Something went wrong,' after a long wait. I've tried fixing it by logging into my ChatGPT account but that also returns an error.

Similarly, when using Visual Intelligence, the search function will just return 'Google is unavailable. Please try again later,' and the ask function just returns an infinite loading icon.

Has anyone had similar problems and found a fix for them?
