Internet-dependent games not working on iPhone

basically, all games that take internet wont work. This has been happening for the past week and I have no idea why. I have stable internet, it’s only with the games it says I have bad internet even though I can load everyone thing else but online games. Parental controls Arn’t a problem. I’ve tried powering off my phone, deleting and re downloading the games, and also turned off my internet and turned it back on. I need help because it’s just annoying not being able to play game that require internet.
