Playlists now showing on music.apple.com
I have many playlists on my apple music on my phone. I am able to see them on my phone, I am able to see them on my iTunes. I am able to create new ones and add songs to them. Until about two months ago for whatever reason, I am not able to see playlists on music.apple.com. On the left hand side where it says 'Playlists' I see "all playlists," and when I click it I am left with a error occurring prompting me to try again.
I can go to my music and create new playlists which show up on iOS as well as iTunes, but they do not show up on the web browser. I have logged out of media and purchases and my sync library is on. I have been on the phone with two representatives to no avail. I have asked others and theirs is working fine.
I need to know some solution - if there is a corrupted file somewhere, a out of touch playlist or song. Something, anything, to get this rectified.
