That means the title of the post was changed by the moderator in an attempt to more accurately convey what the question in the post is… Unfortunately, this often does exactly the opposite…
Just make sure that the title is a clear question and do not provide any personal information. Some titles don't indicate what an issue is, so it will be retitled in an attempt to get others users who may know to answer to reply.
