If a moderator makes a change to the title of a post, it has that tag line after it. There are people that monitor and moderate the posts here and have administrative privileges to maintain the forum.

That means the title of the post was changed by the moderator in an attempt to more accurately convey what the question in the post is… Unfortunately, this often does exactly the opposite…
