iPhone 18.2 Photo App Albums Does Not Work

iPhone 18 Photo App does not save Album edits and will not create new albums. It is very aggravating!!! Any suggestions?

Photo app freezing and album access issues after 18.1.1 upgrade on iPhone since the 18.1.1 upgrade, i can no longer access a lot of my photo albums. The photo app freezes and i cant do anything but swipe out. I have tried turning off and on to no avail. please help some if my photo albums will not upload and the page freezes so I can only swipe out. [Re-Titled by Moderator]
