Now, you simply need to email reply back and explain what name you want.
When I did this several years ago, I gave them a list of names and they picked one for me.
I’ll monitor this thread and offer suggestions and support until your request has been fulfilled.
When you first create your account, it pops up that you are only able to change your username a certain time.
Probably to stop players to mimic other users’ accounts, there might be a certain interval between when you first created the username/changed it. To test the moderator theory, why don’t you ask?

Yes, just got a reply from them. But wondering why my username has been changed so quickly before I send an email to them. The username I have now is not related what I sent in the email. This is weird.
My username was shohjahon_17s and as I received an email about changing my username instructions, my username was changed to mermurmed 109 so quickly. But I have never done anything to change it, but it got changed automatically - it even doesn't fit my request.
Appreciate your help on this, Brian. I sent an email with 3 alternative usernames, assuming they will reply to me back.
