Repair or get a new iphone

Get a new phone. You are looking at about $279 for the front glass plus possible front camera damage and if you have not replaced the battery yet, it is likely due to be replaced for about another $89. That is just my opinion.

Many cellular providers are running promotions for a free iPhone 16 when turning in ANY phone no matter the condition. Not sure if that would be an option as it may require you to change you cell plan or carrier

I have T-Mobile myself and seen ads for this promotion, but have not checked into it and I think you need to upgrade to one of their Go plans.

In any case, it was just a thought and if it were me, I would not be putting that much money into an iPhone XS, but that will be a choice for you to make. You can get an exact estimate of the repairs by taking it to Apple and that may help in making your decision.

a better camera?

a better chip? (no im not talking about lays, doritos and other chips companies)

a better desing?

a better screen?

more access to uptdates?

more access to multitasks?

more access to durability?

Its your choice depending on what you need and what is the budget.
