Just entered a new sim card changed companies to safe link it’s stating sos only I can use internet only no calling there is no place that shows cellular service to show network settings now that I put the new SIM card in

Was your phone unlocked and eligible for a new carrier? Open Settings > General > About and scan down to Carrier Lock - does it say No Sim Restrictions? If it shows a carrier, the carrier it is locked to has to unlock it. If it says No Sim Restrictions, contact your new carrier who likely needs to provision your account for service.
The phone is unlocked it says set up cellular now and also since they had me try my old SIM card in it now has all my old phone info transferred but still didn’t come out of sos so put card back in old phone now that phone also sos old phone says ready to be transferred new phone says not supported but I won’t let manually and won’t give me qr code they are sending me a third SIM card but I have no faith
That would almost certainly be an issue with your cell carrier. Contact them for assistance.

SOS appears because your phone is not establishing a connection to your cellular carrier's service.
Because you have no phone service at this time, you will need to use another phone temporarily to contact your carrier and ask them for assistance in getting things working with your phone.
