Unknown device tracks me down

I woke up today in the morning and found out a notification that states that unknown device (airpod) was noticed nearby. The problem is I don’t have AirPods and I see that location of this airpod is tracked and I’m worried that my own location may be tracked down as well. Pushing the button “instructions how to disconnect the device” lead me only to the instruction itself and not to anything else like options how to get rid of this device which is now on the folder “found belongings”. How can I get rid of this device and continue using locator I tried to push all the buttons but they don’t work so the device is no longer nearby but my location is

iPhone 7 Plus, iOS 15

Secure your Info:

If concerned for device access...

A. Verify your Devices:

Verify that all devices are logged in to your account, by using this link: Check your Apple ID Device List to See where you're Signed in - Apple Support

B. About AirPods and Find My:

If Find My was enabled with these, then note that the location shown is based off of the last time the device they are paired with was itself was connected to the internet. This is because AirPods are not assigned their own IP Address.

You Need to Unpair these:

So, log back in to iCloud in the device these are paid with. Then unpair these from the device. Finally, log out of iCloud once more.
