Why is my iPhone 15 so slow when there is nothing running and I just restarted? Background processes turned off.

Keyboard barely works, go to internet and that barely works. It’s super lagged and non functional. It happens constantly and I never had that with an android . What is the deal with the iPhone 15s!?!

Please follow this procedure for force resetting your iPhone ⇢

Press and quickly release the volume up button.
Press and quickly release the volume down button.
Press and hold the side button until you see the Apple logo
