Wireless Carplay Apple Music stopping and starting after iOS 18.2

Since updating to iOS 18.2 wireless CarPlay keeps stopping and starting Apple Music.

Apple Music not working with CarPlay I have a issue where apple music is not working correctly with CarPlay. Sometimes songs play fine, sometimes I get first 15 seconds and then the song wont continue and sometimes a song just wont play. And sometimes Apple Music freezes at random times where nothing is usable. I have tried following things: 1) Disabled bluetooth and used wired CarPlay instead of wireless. 2) Restarted phone 3) Tried different settings on music quality 4) Some other random "solutions" I have found on the internet regarding this issue. And nothing works. I can also say that it is not a cars issue, because I have tried it in multiple different cars and the issue still remains. I'm on the latest iOS version (16.5) and also there are no issues with data connectivity or download speeds as well.

Apple Music slow on iOS 16.4.1 / iPhone 14 Pro After this latest update, there is a delay when shuffling or playing custom playlists. The app says, "Loading..." over WiFi and Cellular for several seconds. This didn't happen before the update. The playlist plays instantly on my Macbook Pro. I tried logging in and out of iCloud but that did nothing.
