Apple Intelligence stuck on downloading on Sequoia 15.2 over a week

Apple Intelligence stuck on downloading on Sequoia 15.2 over a week on my Apple M2 Pro. I have plenty of space and see no way to reset the process. Anyone else have this problem? Any fixes?

Apple Intelligence download stuck on macOS 15.2 I updated macOS this week when the official launch came of Sequoia 15.2 because I wanted to get the new Apple Intelligence features. I also updated my iPad at the same time. Within a few hours my iPad had downloaded the Apple Intelligence models and I was able to use the features. On my M1 MacBook Pro - which I have checked is connected to a fast fibre wifi connection (not a hotspot or cellular data) and has been left plugged in to charge (as per instructions) it has been stuck on "Downloading..." for several days now (in the panel in System Settings for "Apple Intelligence & Siri"). Why is Apple Intelligence stuck at 0% downloading? I have an M2 MacBook Air running macOS sequoia 15.3.1 and my Apple Intelligence support won't download. I've tried changing my language as suggested in other forums and nothing helps. It will show downloading 0% and then after a while it will switch to 100% but it never finalizes and the Apple Intelligence features won't work. [Re-Titled by Moderator]

In Sequoia 15.3.1 Apple Intelligence not working in Pages? It was working before the most recent upgrade. The "downloading support for Apple Intelligence" in Settings seems to be hung up at 100%...

Solved this. Just change the language to US English (I'm from the UK) and you get a error message, then change it back to UK English.
