ph on warranty, wont hold a charge. tmobile and Apple store have no answers or help. MUST have ph for MEDICAL. Need help

You charge the battery to 100%. How long is it taking for the battery to drop to 20%?
What apps are running?
Are you using 5G cellular?
Where is the brightness level for your screen?
Where is the volume level?
Was the battery working OK before?
What did the technicians at the Apple Store / Genius Bar tell you when you took the phone in for testing?
What do you mean by can’t hold a charge? You charge it to 100%, and 5 minutes later it’s zero?
