What should I do if someone else published my book without my permission?

The book by the title "Plantas Medicinales Para Principiantes. -Francisco Bilardo" was a project that I created.

Now I find that someone published it without my permission.

I was wondering what should I do in order to take it down from the system so that I can publish it my self.

Unlinking wrong book from author page Apple has a book I did NOT write as an 'also by this author' on my page. Customer support page is continually broken with an 'ooops, something went wrong, please refresh the page' so I can't contact them.
