Unable to delete apps on iPhone 13 Pro
Hello, I can’t delete apps on my iPhone 13 Pro, not Apple official apps, I can’t deletes programs like Telegram, Instagram and others what I need to do ?

You may have Screen Time Restrictions set to ON.
Open Settings ➔ Screen Time ➔ Content & Privacy Restrictions ➔ iTunes & App Store Purchases ➔ Deleting Apps : Set this to ALLOW
Once the above is set, then attempt to delete your apps again.
