Viruses causing persistent pop-ups on iPhone

Viruses on the phone and like I don’t know what to do because it won’t every time I try to exit out of the one it will just stay there by itself

I am assuming you are using a web browser viewing a web page when you see these pop ups. The website you went to was paid to show you that fake message in hopes to either get your credentials or scare you into downloading additional software that is useless.


Provide a screenshot of what you are seeing and we will be able to help you navigate away from the scam you see. It is very common when visiting less than legitimate websites and will appear multiple times as long as you keep going back.


Quitting Safari with the scam page showing will only show that same page the next time you open Safari, you just need to navigate to a legitimate site such as www.apple.com, and it will be gone until next time you go back to that same page.
