cannot download LogicPro sounds for soft instruments

some sounds which are dimmed, with an arrow next to it for download, but the message comes "LogicPro cannot download, check your internet". The internet is fine.

Every single project has a static noise playing over it now, how do I get it to go away? Literally every single project on Logic Pro has now become corrupted or something. There is a terrible, static noise that plays along with every song and it makes the audio quality awful and impossible to work with. Anyone know how to get this to go away?

Logic Pro audio device stops working when I switch to other apps. no sound Working on an m1 Mac book air using headphones. If I simply switch to safari or any other app or if I get an incoming phone call, anything that takes the output device's attention away from logic, the sound stops working and the only remedy is to reboot the program.. Under settings>Audio>output device I've tried selecting both "system setting" and "external headphones" but either way I get the same behavior. This is incredibly irritating and I'm fed up. Hopefully someone knows a solution. I've used Logic since 2009 and have never had this issue. I should be able to go search on the internet then come back to logic and keep working without reloading the project every time.
