Face ID is disabled on iPhone with Stolen Device Protection
my face id cut off and it wont let me redo it because of the stolen protection device is on and when i try to cut it off it wont work

You’re in a tough spot; Stolen Device Protection can only be disabled with biometric identification. So start here and see if you can fix it→If Face ID is disabled on your iPhone or iPad Pro - Apple Support
If that fails it is almost certainly a hardware problem, and the only solution is to back up the iPhone, reset the phone to factory settings, have the hardware problems fixed, then restore the backup.
