Earlier, I had my suggestions and recent search turned off, but after updating to version 18.2, suggestions are still being shown here. This is causing me a lot of irritation. I have already turned off recent search and suggestions, but they are still not getting disabled. Please fix this as soon as possible. I want all of this to remain hidden.

You're not communicating with Apple when you post in the Community. Apple support or customer services representatives do not participate in these forums. We're all just fellow users, helping out as we have time and knowledge to share. So we can't "fix" anything, though we may be able to offer suggestions.
To confirm, you've turned off "Suggest Apps Before Searching" in Settings -> Apple Intelligence & Siri as well as the appropriate settings in Settings -> Search?
