I have gone through all the terms of services and as much reading as I would like to do. I believe I grasp the general consensus of my question. My soul question is, if I decide to join the Apple community support, fill out the forms, etc., is there a subscription fee Known? My guess is no, but for those who have been in the community support for a while, are there often small fees or hidden agenda fees that you run into?
