Batteries, like people are individuals. No two people age exactly the same and batteries don’t age the same either. The exact usage, chemical makeup, storage conditions, exposure to heat and cold and about a dozen other factors mean that every battery ages differently. Battery aging is not a linear (straight line) and degrades at different rates as the chemicals in the battery age and other factors mentioned above. Apple expects your battery health to be at 80% after 24 months. If your battery health misses that expectation, contact Apple Support.

Your phone is performing as expected. On average, it's common to see about 1% drop in Battery Health per month. You've owned your phone since April, so about 8 months. 92% - 93% is within the normal range. Battery Health decline is NOT linear. It can drop a point, then remain steady for a while, then drop a couple points. There is one thing you can count on with Battery Health and that is it only goes one direction and that is down. When the health of your battery dips to 80%, which it surely will at some point, it will then be time to pay Apple to replace the battery. Until that time, worrying about the natural decline in Battery Health, which can't be stopped and is inevitable, is not worth worrying over.

But now it dropped 1% of battery health just after 53 cycles

It is normal for the iPhone 15 battery to decline on average at about 1% for every 40-50 charge cycles.

Your friends are really lucky if what they are reporting is true, or the apps they are running are no drawing as much power as yours. It is impossible to compare the performance of two iPhones unless they are truly identical.

I bought my Iphone 15 pro max in October 3rd, 2024 (From a Reseller in Bangladesh) . I have used it for 3 month now. I maintained 20-80% cycle all the time. But now it dropped 1% of battery health just after 53 cycles. Where I have seen my other friends having theirs on 99% health with 200+ cycles. I am just confused if it was a normal thing that happent to me or I should be worried?
