High Sierra Full Version Download Link

I am trying to restore High Sierra on a 2012 Macbook Air after the machine was reset.

It currently shows the circle with the line through it.

On safe booting, the reinstall option gives off a "The recovery server could not be contacted" error. I tried on multiple stable wifi zones and all failed.

I have a bootable Sierra USB drive however the machine was reset on High Sierra.

The App link for High Sierra doesn't work on the M3 and only the updates are available for download.

Can anyone assist please? I assume that creating a bootable High Sierra USB drive will solve this issue however I just need to get access to the full MacOS version...

In order to download the full installer for macOS 10.13, you will need access to a working Mac that is compatible with macOS 10.13. Here is an Apple article with links to various versions of macOS installers:

FYI, a 2012 Mac can run up to macOS 10.15 Catalina. This would give you even more possibilities for finding a compatible Mac in order to install any OS onto it so then you could access the 10.13 High Sierra installer. To create a bootable macOS 10.15 USB installer generally needs a Mac from 2012 to mid-2020. You can also boot the 2012 Mac into Internet Recovery Mode (Command + Option + R) to attempt to access the online Catalina installer.
