iCloud HomeKit Secure Video Error on Apple TV and iPhone 15 Pro Max

Apple have confirmed that this is a known issue.

Apple One 2TB - Unlimited Cameras

iPhone 15 Pro Max

IOS 18.2 (tried rolling back to 18.1, 18 where there was no issues in the past)

Apple TV 4K x2 - TVOS 18.2 (also tried rolling back)

Rebuild Home in various configurations to isolate: Devices, OS, Integrations, Load, Router, AP's.

Then noticed the issue is obviously iCloud, which can only be seen on iCloud.com see beliew
