Endless downloading in apple intelligence

Apple intelligence stuck on downloading for a week, cleaning function in gallery has also the same issue for a month. Siri and system language are English UK. Region is UK too. My device is iPhone 16 , and this problem was observed both in IOS 18.1 and 18.2

Apple intelligence not downloading I just bought a new iPad mini (2024) and I’m trying to download apple intelligence but it has been stuck at 0% all day long. I’ve tried resetting my settings, changing region and language to US and completely erasing and resetting my iPad. It’s on iOS 18.2 and when I erased it it came up with an info section, however it doesn’t seem to be usable. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Experiencing slow download speed after updating my iPad to iPadOS 18.3 I am experiencing slow download speeds especially updating apps or downloading apps from the Apple store. Speed tests using fast.com are showing extremely slow speeds. [Re-Titled by Moderator]
