Dual Monitor Issue - M1

I'm using M1 model and dual monitor was working fine not until last night.

I have MSI monitor and an Arzopa portable monitor. I use Type C to DP on the MSI while HDMI to HDMI Mini on the Arzopa. I usually have the Arzopa portable off whenever I don't need dual monitor.

The refresh rate on the Arzopa was set to the lowest possible option (60)

Like I said the issue started last night when I turned on the Arzopa. No display even after I unplugged and replug the cable on both mac mini and Arzopa, even after restarting the Mac Mini. Also I noticed that when I check the display/screen mirroring option it doesn't detect the Arzopa.

Tried to use a windows desktop and both MSI and Arzopa to check if the problem is with the Arzopa but both display are working fine at the same time.

So today when I turned on the Mac Mini while the MSI monitor is off and use the Arzopa, the display is working on the Arzopa but when I turned on the MSI the issue started again, no display on Arzopa. And when I check the display/screen mirroring while the Arzopa is working the MSI is not detected however on the color profile the MSI is one of the options available. And while the MSI is one Arzopa is not detected again.

So far based on the things that I did I was able to confirm that the Arzopa is working fine and the cables are good as well.

Any suggestions on what I can do to fix the issue.

MacOS is up to date.

Mac's are cable finicky and occasionally a macOS update can render a working long cheap display cable useless.

Testing the displays and cables on a PC is a good first step.

Just keep in mind that PC's are far less finicky than Mac's, when it comes to display cable spec's.

First thing that I would do is test a couple of short high speed cables.

1) a short 3.3' high speed USB-C to DisplayPort cable for the MSI display.

for example: https://www.amazon.com/dp/B08B3SB5VC/ref=sspa_dk_detail_4?

2) a short 3.3' high speed HDMI to HDMI cable for the Arzopa portable display.

for example: https://www.amazon.com/dp/B09HXPZ1PQ/ref=sspa_dk_detail_2?
