How can I customize the menu in Pages on iPad?

Does anyone here know whether there is an option in Pages on the iPad 18.1.1 to take some unneeded items off the Top menu and replace them with more usable things like the "Bold" option and colors, so we don't have to dig so far into the menu just to bold or color words? I use those things every day and it's a pain to have to click the menu 4 times just to color one word red, when I have to do that maybe 40 or 50 times a day for the work I do.

Thanks in advance to whomever might respond, I do appreciate your help.

When you click the ⋯⃝ control on the Pages for iPadOS 18.2 toolbar, there is a Customize Toolbar… menu item that when also selected, opens a panel of tools you can add to the toolbar. There is no bold or color tool.

After initially opening the document, click the right-most Edit toolbar item. That will display a floating control strip along the bottom of the document page allowing you to apply text attributes (bold, italic, underline, font size). For text color changes, you will need to still click the paintbrush icon on the toolbar.
