I've been creating music DVDs from a playlist for my work DVD player and only the MP3s were burned to the disc. I now burn a playlist and itunes is creating the disc with folders and subfolders for each individual song. The DVD player can't just shuffle all the MP3s now. I have to go to Artist folder, then to Album folder, and then song. What has changed? Can I change it back?

If I recall correctly, if the playlist is sorted by Artist, the MP3 CD (or DVD) will burn Artist folders. If you sort by Song and burn again, I believe you will not get the folders.
